Systemic capillary leak syndrome: Because of 3 cases

Abstract

Systemic capillary leak syndrome is a rare diseases was first described by Clarkson et al in 1960. The syndrome is characterized by chronic recurrent episodes of a triad of hypotension, hypoalbuminemia and hemoconsentration. Supportive treatment is essential and prognosis is poor. In this report, we aimed to discuss 3 cases with systemic capillary leak syndrome.
