Gıant Endodermal Sınus Tumor Of The Ovary: A Case Report

Abstract


 

Endodermal sinus tumor (EST) is the second most common germ cell tumor of the ovary following

disgerminoma. The median age at diagnosis is 19 and most of the patients present with abdominal pain and

abdominal or pelvic mass. The symptoms are often acute and the onset of the disease may mimic acute

appendicitis or ruptured ectopic pregnancy.

Here, we report on a case of EST who was diagnosed and treated at our department.
