Efficacy of Kasisadi collyrium in Pakshmashaata w.s.r to Madarosis - a case report

Abstract

As per the available treatment modalities of madarosis, the anjana kriyakalpa is the best one, taking into the consideration its convenience, easy adoptability, cost-effectiveness and curative results. This effectiveness of collyrium can be attributed only to the potency of the particular content, i.e., kasisa and tulasi juice. With this, Pushpakasisadi anjana acts effectively in the Pakshmashata as a contribution from Ayurveda in field of ophthalmology.
