The modern steel buildings are being built as high-rise structures in metropolitan cities. These buildings are designed for vertical gravity loads and lateral loads like seismic and wind loads. In this project, a G+1 framed steel structure is considered. Analysis and design is done using Staad.Pro software and the results are discussed. Design is also done manually and compared with the Staad.Pro results
