Case report on Adult-onset Still’s Disease

This case report is on Adult-onset Stills disease is a rare chronic inflammatory condition with an unknown cause. It will characterize the recurrent fevers, arthritis and multiorgan involvement. Here we are discussing a case of a 17-yrs- an old male patient who was admitted to the hospital with complaints of fever and arthralgia for 15 days. Using Yamaguchi's criteria diagnosed the patient with ASOD. Following that, he received corticosteroids, DMARDS, and other symptomatic and supportive medicines. The patient condition has continuously improved, and the symptoms gradually subsided.
