Semen quality variations in successively graded up Sahiwal breeding bulls

Abstract

The study was conducted to find out the variation in semen quality among three successive graded up (F1,F2 and F3) Sahiwal×local crossbred bulls for artificial insemination (AI) purposes. A total of 468 ejaculates were collected from 9 breeding bulls throughout the experimental year 2019. For each group ((F1,F2 and F3) we analyzed 156 semen samples to know the quality variations. Semen samples were examined and processed following the standard procedure of IMV technologies.
