Hemangiopericytoma (HPC) is a rare tumour, it represents 2-3% of malignant soft tissue tumours in all locations combined, due to its rarity, and no codified guidelines. The confirmatory diagnosis is histological. The standard treatment is surgery. The course after treatment is characterized by the frequency of recurrences and distant metastases, requiring extended follow-up.
We report the observation of a patient with a right nasal hemangiopericytoma whose evolution was known by a local relapse 6 years later with a review of the literature.

Key words: Sinonasal Hemangiopericytoma, surgery, radiotherapy, recurrence, metastasis, chemotherapy, targeted therapy
