The Role of Project Managers’ Competencies, and Transformational Leadership on Project’s Success: An Empirical Analysis of NGOs sector of Pakistan

Abstract

The aim of this study is to assess the role of Project Managers' Competencies (PMC) and Transformation Leadership (TL) on project success (PS) NGOs Sector of Pakistan. A sample of 168 were chosen and collected the responses through questionnaire from individuals working in the NGOs sector of Pakistan. The results of the analysis show that the main features of the Project Manager affect the success of the project positively. The study proposes project managers, project leaders, and project Coordinator that specialize in Project Management in NGOs Sector management skills as well as communication, teamwork, attention, and management arrangements. In addition, resources will be provided to train the existing workforce and to enhance the capabilities of leadership, passionate insight and administration through the expert educational programs, workshops, and courses. This examination underpins hypotheses that have a positive impact on the success of the leader-style change project with project management. Projects of non-government led to making changes as a key aspect for the success of the project. Transformational leaders impress and encourage, stay for their units, encourage jobs, show them the right path and increase employee confidence. Consequently, a responsive and charming condition will be made, which the entire group cooperates under a confided in undertaking administrator and accomplishes Project objectives. The study contribute to management for re-planning their exercises to improve the managerial skills in NGOs Sector of Pakistan.
