Among malignant tumors affecting the ovary, the ovarian carcinosarcoma is a rare tumor known to be highly aggressive and generally affects women between the ages of 60 and 70 years. Its occurrence in a young woman is exceptional. We report a case with a brief review of the literature.
Parmi les tumeurs malignes affectant lovaire, le carcinosarcome ovarien ou tumeur mullerienne de lovaire est une tumeur rare réputée hautement agressive et touchant généralement les femmes âgées entre 60 et 70 ans. Sa survenue chez une femme jeune est exceptionnelle. Nous en rapportons un cas avec une brève revue de la littérature.
