A 5-year-old child presented to the clinic with the complaints of abdominal pain for 4
days. The pain has been griping, intermittent, mostly central and has increased over last
48 hours. He also had vomiting, decreased oral intake, and constipation with swelling of
abdomen. He also complained of cough and undocumented fever
