Results of Difficult Large Palatal Fistula Repair by Tongue Flap

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the results of large palatal fistula repair by anterior based tongue
flap.
Methods: Outcome of palatal fistula repairs by anterior based tongue flap from January
2004 through September 2006, were studied in 23 patients.
