In this paper multiple papers and the various characteristics of extremely wide band antennas and the applications of the same are analysed and compared. With a view to identify the benefits of usage of Extremely wideband antennas for high data rate application, this paper considers various studies that have been meticulously carried out in this area and summarizes for researchers to get a comprehensive view on various extremely wideband antennas and the design aspects.
