COMPARISON OF URINARY HUMAN MENOPAUSAL GONADOTROPIN WITH RECOMBINANT FOLLICLE STIMULATING HORMONE + URINARY HUMAN MENOPAUSAL GONADOTROPIN IN REFERENCE TO EARLY PREGNANCY LOSS IN IN VITRO FERTILIZATION CYCLE

Abstract
Ovarian stimulation includes the co-administration of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (G n RH)
analogues and gonadotropins, aiming to prevent premature luteinization and to facilitate folliculogenesis,
respectivelySupra physiological dosage of gonadotropins is associated with increased number of aneuploidy and
also increased pregnancy losses. For stimulation previous studies have reported that combination of recombinant
follicular stimulating hormone plus urinary human menopausal gonadotropins may reduce the chances of genetic
anomaliesThis is a cross sectional study which will be conducted in Wardha test tube baby centre, AVBRH20
infertile women who are fit for IVF treatment will be included in this study. Out of which 10 women will be
injected with r FSH and HMG while rest 10 will be given only UHMG To confirm the presence or absence of
GSAC in both the groupsTo compare the appearance of cardiac activity and other early foetal parameters in both
the groups.
