Evaluation of Two Routes of Delivery 0f Live Lasota and Avinew (VG/GA) Newcastle Disease Virus Vaccines on Immune Response of Ross Broilers Chicken

Abstract
It is still undecided why vaccine programs have been failing in providing a complete immunity against the Newcastle disease (ND). This study compares the cell mediated (CMI) and humoral immune responses of two routes of delivery (spray and drinking water) of live LaSota and Avinew (VG/GA) vaccines in Rossís breed of broiler chickens. A total of 450 unsexed one-day-old broiler chicks were used. The experimental vaccination consisted of a total of four equally major groups plus one unvaccinated group. Each group contained 90 birds with three replicates (30 birds each).
