In the article analyses problem of the theory of development preschool education using heritage of pedagogy. As we know, the development of independence and activity of thinking in preschoolers is facilitated by knowledge transmitted by adults based on the principle of accessibility. So, it is necessary that the knowledge included in the program becomes more complex with the growth of the cognitive and performing abilities of children.
