We report a case of a 55-years-old male who presented to the emergency room with rapidly enlarging hyperpigmented cutaneous lesions on the chest with subsequent similar lesions on back, face, neck and extremities due to an underlying myelodysplastic disorder developed an uncommon tumour, blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN). This case report shared this rare and distinct hematopoietic neoplasm and its underlying myelodysplastic evolution.
