Abstract

Aquagenic Syringeal Acrokeratoderma is a rare, transient form, and usually bilaterally symmetrical, palmoplantarkeratoderma. Patients complain of tingling sensation and pain in the hands starting with in few minutes to hours after exposure to water and lasting for 20-30 minutes after removal. Clinically, there is marked wrinkling with edematous shiny white papules over the palms or, less often, the soles. We are presenting the case report of a 20-year-old female with the above mentioned similar complaints with a positive sign; Hand In Bucket.
