Collarbone fractures are common and have a reputation for being benign. However, the are bilateral clavicle fractures are a rare entity and serious nécessit ant surgical treatment adequacy. Care sometimes remains very problematic in precarious conditions, due to its multidisciplinary nature.
Through a case of bilateral clavicle fractures, we confirm the need for osteosynthesis and report the experience of direct stabilization by double screwed plate performed at the General Reference Hospital of Niamey
