Osteogenesis imperfecta present serious challenges to anaesthetist in securing of airway for general anaesthesia .Positioning for regenional anaesthesia due to kyphoscoliosois are considered complex entity in these patients.This case report describes the successful anaesthetic management of a patient who presented with multiple challenges i.e,positioning on OT table is difficult as this patient has brittle bones and multiple previous pathological fractures with malunited extremities.Difficult airway due to limited cervical mobility and short neck.In view of above considerations and it was a open procedure TRANSVERSUS ABDOMINIS PLANE (TAP)BLOCK with surgical infiltration of peritoneum with local anaesthetics under MAC was the choice of anaesthesia.
