Abstract |  Download PDF | |  Post | The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of self efficacy and job satisfaction of the organization citizenship behavior (OCB) of primary school teachers in Sukoharjo Regency. This research uses quantitative approach with survey methods. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicate that; (1) self efficacy has a positive direct effect on the OCB, (2) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on the OCB), and (3)self efficacy has a positive direct effect on job satisfaction.
