woman's ocular metastasis should suggest primary breast cancer at first.
The diagnosis of metastatic ocular disease is based on clinical and radiological arguments; they should be considered in any visual disturbance, such as exophthalmos, which is the most frequent symptom. The definitive diagnosis is based on histological analysis. Treatment options are focused on improving the patient's quality of life. It is a combination of local and systemic cancer treatments that can help to preserve visual acuity .however, the prognosis remains poor.
