Is emergency medicine training gender neutral?

Abstract

It is the specialty that deals with trauma and plenty of stress; it may not be suited for the females. But these were all the reasons for the females to come to the field and deliver the care with the utmost compassion and communicate in the best fashion. Stressful conditions require the most cool-headed and well-communicating physicians, and females fit nicely in that role
