Rhabdomyosarcoma is a type of sarcoma accepted to arise from the skeletal muscle progenitors and seen mostly in childhood period. Pure rhabdomyosarcoma of the müllerian system of the adult is very rare. Here, a case of rhabdomyosarcoma of the uterus in the premenopausal period and followed up by our clinic is presented.
