We describe the unusual case of an arrow of 17cm length foreign body, penetrating the parotid gland to maxillary bone reaching the tip of nose and avoided all potential complications. The fibre glass arrow foreign body penetrating the facial has never been reported in the literature. In this case the foreign body is detected clinically and radiological investigation (CT scan) helps to reveal the depth of foreign body and facial structures that involved.
