Tuberculosis (TB) is major health problem in worldwide. TB is mainly causes by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and its transmitted via airborne particles. TB most commonly involves the lung. The infections outside the respiratory organs know as extrapulmonary tuberculosis. Extra pulmonary TB is due to lympho-haematogenous dissemination during primary TB infection.The regimen drugs for extrapulmonary varies from 6 months to 12 months.The aims of treatment are to reduce morbidity, mortality, prevent relapse, decrease transmission and multi drug resistant TB.
