Indoxacarb pesticide ingestion in humans is associated with multiple complications such as methaemoglobinaemia, acute kidney injury, rhabdomyolysis, acute respiratory distress syndrome and seizures. Among those, methaemoglobinaemia s common. Here we present a case of deliberate ingestion of indoxacarb pesticide causing methaemoglobinaemia.
