Meningiomas near optic chiasm are rare benign neoplasms. They cause significant morbidity while mortality is practically zero. We treated one of this type of meningioma causing loss of vision with Stereotactic radio therapy (SRT). The patient regained vision within one week after the treatment. Treatment options and treatment planning options are discussed.
