Impacts Of Social Media On Academic Performance And Teaching Learning Process-A Systematic Review Of The Recent Research

Abstract

Social media nowadays plays a significant role on the lifestyles of young generation. It is a means to interact with people, facilitates the sharing of ideas, Information and thoughts by building strong social networks. It is not only limited till entertainments and Informational purposes Social Media has proven its beneficial role in education domain and process. This study tried to highlight the ramifications of social communication on educational prospective of scholars and also some factors related to it. The objective of this paper is to find the gap from a systematic review of literature. Current study through various reviews of literature has tried to produce an understanding of social sites in relation to( educational procedure, transmission and cooperation, scholastic progress ) (LMS-Learning Management System),their use in secondary education. This investigation was carried out according to present reporting items for systematic review and Meta Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines.
