Cognitive Impartment is non motoric symptoms and rare manifestation during in acute phase stroke.
Report : We report patient with Ischemic stroke with familys complain of sudden onset recent memory loss, confusing and headache. The Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) showed moderate cognitive impairment. Computed tomography scan (CT-scan) of his brain showed tempooparietals infark. Patient wih high level haematocrit. He was treated with aspilets and haemodilution. The patient was symptomatically better after 6 hours.
Conclusion : Stroke ischemic acute with high haematocrite, with isovolemic haemodilution blood-HES exchanged therapy gives good outcome in cognitive function.
