Low 25 (OH) D vitamin levels, which are known to be immunomodulatory effects, may be a risk factor for hospitalized patients due to infectious diseases. Therefore, vitamin D replacement should be considered in patients with serum 25 (OH) D vitamin levels. Vit B 12 deficiency is still high in developing countries like our country. The lack of vitamin D deficiency and lack of vitamin B12 levels are thought to be due to differences in primer intake (sunlight and nutrition).
