Prevalence of Sarcoptes scabiei in Al-Kufa City, Iraq during the period from March to August 2017: A Case study

A total of 442 patients infected with Sarcoptes scabiei were included in this study. During the period from March to August 2017 in Al-Kufa City, Iraq. The results proved that there were 239 males (54%) and 203 females (46%). May 2017 was the highest month in infection (83 patients, 18.8%) followed by April (81 patients, 18%), June (73 patients, 16.5 %), March (70 patients, 15.9 %), July (69 patients, 15.6 %) and August (66 patients, 15%).
