Objective: To investigate Cu and Zn levels with biochemical parameters as well as to determine their association in non-insulin-dependent diabetes (NIDDM).
Methodology: Seventy diabetic patients and 30 healthy participants as control were included. Anthropometric data, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), fasting blood sugar (FBS) and lipid profile (TG, Cholesterol, HDL-C, and LDL-C) were measured.
