Abstract

The purpose of this article is to understand the range of frequencies in which our health, our well-being, is guaranteed. This will then enable us to understand how the various therapies work, whether they are pharmacological or an application of disciplines.
In this context, the concept of resonance becomes fundamental and how the effectiveness of various therapies depends on the intrinsic correlation with this phenomenon. This means that the greater the resonance of the therapy with the state of the person, the greater the outcome and thus the effectiveness of the therapy itself.
