Clinical, Molecular Diagnosis and Antimicrobial Sensitivity of Streptococcus Equi Causing Strangles

PCR test is a confirmatory test for detection Streptococcus equi sub spieces equi which is considered the main cause of strangles in addition to clinical examination and bacteriological examination.
