Urethral caruncle is the most common benign urethral lesion in females. It can pose a significant challenge to urologists due to the plethora of differentials diagnosis. Most of them are found in post-menopausal women. Urethral caruncles resemble to a variety of urethral lesions including urethral carcinoma, urethral diverticulum, urethral prolapse, peri-urethral gland abscess. In this report, we present a case of a woman with urethral caruncle.
