Backache as an occupational problem in obstetricians & gynecologists: An observational study from tertiary care hospitals of Lahore, Pakistan

Abstract

Objective: To find out the frequency of back problems among gynecologists in various tertiary care hospitals of Lahore.
Methodology: This observational cross-sectional survey was conducted in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at of various tertiary care hospitals of Lahore from July 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012. It included 129 female gynecologists serving at various positions, with sampling technique being non-probability purposive sampling.
