The management of open apex teeth poses clinical challenges in endodontics. Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) and Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA) offer promising outcomes for such teeth. PRF serves as a biologically active scaffold promoting tissue regeneration, while MTA provides an effective apical seal. Combined, they facilitate apexification, enhance healing, and improve prognosis in immature, non-vital teeth. This approach ensures biocompatibility and clinical success.
