Aim/Background: The study aims to investigate Rift Valley fever in Sudanese livestock and examine the tests used. Rift Valley fever is a transboundary disease that affects animals and humans. It is a single serotype RNA virus belonging to the family Bunyviridae and genus Phlebovirus. Mosquito is the main vector. The clinical findings were fever and abortion in pregnant animals, with high death rates in young, large species are less suspected. In man, RVF is an influenza-like illness; in severe cases disease develops complicated symptoms. The current study investigated RVF test quality from 2021 to 2022. The study question was what factors affect the population? We assumed two samples were independent and equally distributed. What if they differ?
