A 12 year old presented to the pediatric rheumatology clinic with history of gradual painless angulation of his left forearm and painless swelling in his left leg . He had increasing functional discomfort due to the angulation and was worried about the appearance of his arm. He did not have any past significant medical history and there was no similar family history. Examination revealed nontender diffuse lateral angulation of left forearm (Figure 1). X-rays revealed multiple osteochondromas arising from the shaft of distal ulna in left forearm (Figure 2) and from medial aspect of tibia indenting the shaft of the fibula on both legs (Figure 3). The patient was offered surgical removal (Figure 4) of the osteochondroma in his left forearm as it caused discomfort.

Key words: Painless angulation, forearm, osteochondromas.
