Objective: This study aimed to explore the prevalence, severity, and demographic influences of menopausal complaints among postmenopausal women in the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted involving 314 women aged 45–75 years using an online survey. Symptom assessments through a four-point scale were used to evaluate participants' quality of life.

Psychological complaints ranged from 49% to 57%. The severity of complaints was strongly correlated with the interval of menopause, employment status, and chronic diseases.
