Introduction: Homophobia, which is defined as hatred, prejudice, discontent, fear or discrimination towards homosexuals, can cause obstacles to even the most basic human right to benefit from health services due to gender identity in social life.
Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of homophobia and the factors affecting their homophobic attitudes among students in Türkiye.
Methods: It is a cross-sectional study. Permissions were obtained from the Local Ethics Committee (22.02.2022-225717), the faculty dean, and informed consents from the participants.
