Abstract

Hospital management has become an industry with lots of Corporate hospitals coming up.
Management of these hospitals has become very complex and providing satisfactory health care
to the patients at an affordable cost without incurring a loss is daunting task of an hospital
administrator. In the present days successful running of a hospital requires optimization of efficiency
of all the stake holders in cohesion. Tasks that require attention are presented in this paper
