Adenomatoid Odontogenic Tumour accounts for 0.1 % of all jaw tumours. It commonly occurs in anterior maxilla associated with an impacted tooth. The present report describes the clinical and radiographic findings of AOT occurring in an unusual location. The large sizes of tumour in short duration, location in the anterior mandible, radiographic absence of calcifications as well as presence of root resorption make this report distinctive. In addition the cone beam computed tomography findings of AOT are discussed in detail.
