Cryptococcus Neoformans Isolated from Pigeon, Chicken Dropping Samples and Dust Collected From Their House on Urease Hydrolysis

5 strains of Cr.neoformans were isolated from pigeon (3) ,chicken (1) dropping samples and dust collected from their house (1 pigeon house).
The isolates were confirmed by Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using The specific primers (CAP 10 and CAP 60 ). More over, their time for urease hydrolysis using Rapid urease hydrolysis were recorded.
