Atrial fibrillation during pregnancy is a rare condition and often occurs in patients with underlying heart disease. The management of AF during pregnancy includes both electrical and pharmacological cardioversion to prevent recurrence and stroke. In recent years, few studies have been discussed the proper management of AF in pregnancy. This literature highlights both pharmacological and electrical cardioversion of atrial fibrillation during pregnancy.
