The aim of our study is to standardize and measure the effectiveness of the mandatory and upon requirement quality educations that are planned and applied in the hospital. For this purpose, in 2013 within the training Committee "educational standards have been created, training times, training and trainer activity reviews and late term assessment rules were identified.
Although the annual quality educations are related to the planned educations and the number of employees of the hospitals, the planned non-unit training courses averages 1800 hours/year. In preparing next years education plan, the evaluation of trainers and training materials play a key role as much as the planning and realization of these activities.
In our study the enhancement effect of the methods of standardization that we use, are examined and have been found that, providing stimulating information ahead (pre-test, due diligence, etc.) constitutes a positive effect on education.
