The effect of Enalapril Maleate on Platelet Aggregation

Twenty patients who applied and have been treated at Atatürk University Medical Faculty Internal Medicine Clinic have been included to this study. Enalapril maleate have also been given to 20 patients who have no bleeding diatesis in order to determine the effect on platelets. Ten days after treatment, thrombocyte aggregation of patients have been repeated. There was no significantly difference between before and after treatment with enalapril maleate (p 0.05).
