Abstract


Neurolytic symphathetic btocks with neurolytic agents are used for the treatment of a variety of sympathetically mediated diseases, induding peripherai vascular disease and refiex sympathetic dystrophy. In this study we reported and evaluated lumbar neurolytic blockades with phenol in three patients who had ischemic vascular disease of iower extremity.
