Abstract


 

As the incidence of thyroid nodules are high in patients with hyperparathyroidism, diagnosis and treatment of intrathyroidal parathyroidal adenomas are difficult. A case of intrathyroidal hyperfunctioning parathyroid adenoma is reported and the diagnosis and treatment of intrathyroidal hyperfunctioning parathyroid adenomas are discussed.
