Pruritic urticarial papules and plaques (PUPP) of pregnancy is a specific eruptive dermatosis in pregnancy,

clinically characterized by erythematous papules and plaques with intense itching in periumbilical localization.

Clinical and pathologic features of a PUPP case with extreme weight gain in pregnancy is described.
